French Breakfast Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. canola oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Do not overmix.
    Lightly grease muffin pan. Spoon into muffin pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
