Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. fresh or frozen corn, divided*
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, diced
1/2 c. yellow corn meal
4 oz. can diced green chilies
1 tsp. salt

*NOTE: One can whole kernel corn and 1 can cream-style corn can be substituted.
