Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
1 Tbsp. salt
4 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. shortening
flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add salt, sugar and shortening. Add enough flour to make a stiff dough and knead.
Place dough in greased bowl.
Turn to grease top.
Cover with cloth and let rise in warm place until doubled in bulk.
Shape rolls and put in greased pan.
Let rise again until doubled.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Yields 20 rolls.
