Pumpkin Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. quick cooking oats
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. oleo
2 c. pumpkin
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. butter, softened
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients together until crumbly.
Press in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 315\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Secondly, mix together pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, salt and spice.
Pour into crust. Bake again for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Lastly, mix together the last 3 ingredients.
Sprinkle on top of pumpkin.
Bake again for 15 to 20 minutes or until knife comes out clean when poked in.
