Savory Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. corn meal
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
Preparation

Mix well.
Form into small balls and roll in flour.
Brown on all sides in 2 tablespoons cooking fat in skillet.
Place in casserole dish.
Sprinkle lightly with 2 tablespoons flour.
Add 1 1/2 cups tomato juice.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
