Ingredients

3/4 c. dry mustard (Colman's)
4 eggs, beaten alone
5 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. white vinegar
2 c. sugar
dash of salt
Preparation

Cook in double boiler over medium heat. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, until thick (pour eggs in as cooking). Also stir constantly with wire whisk. Remove and add 2 tablespoons butter. Store in refrigerator.
