Hot Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. \"hot\" Jimmy Dean sausage
    1 onion (medium size), diced
    1 small can diced Ortega chilies
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain.
    Add onion, chilies and cheese.
    Simmer until blended.
    Serve on rye, French or what kind of bread you have.
