Broccoli-Cheese Casserole #2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. broccoli (fresh or frozen)
    4 eggs
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 lb. Velveeta
    1 pt. cottage cheese
Preparation
    Break broccoli in bite size pieces.
    In a double boiler or in the microwave, melt butter and cheese.
    Add lightly beaten eggs, cottage cheese and flour.
    Add broccoli.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
