Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) vanilla Jell-O pudding mix
1 c. corn syrup
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Blend pudding with corn syrup.
Gradually add evaporated milk and egg, stirring to blend.
Then add pecans.
Pour over pie shell. Bake at 375\u00b0 until top is firm and begins to crack, approximately 40 minutes.
