Never-Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
Preparation
    Cut shortening, flour, sugar and salt into the size of peas. Beat egg; add water and vinegar.
    Gradually add flour mixture. Mix until you can handle. This will keep a week or more in a lightly covered container in the refrigerator.
