Lo-Cal Tuna Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. macaroni rings
1 (7 oz.) can water-packed white tuna, drained
3/4 c. diced celery
3/4 c. diced pickle
1 hard-boiled egg, sliced
1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
1/2 c. salad dressing
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Boil macaroni in salted water until tender.
Drain and rinse with cold water; drain well.
Chill.
Mix cottage cheese, salad dressing and lemon juice.
Pour over macaroni, tuna, celery, pickles and egg.
Toss enough to mix well. Serve on lettuce. Sprinkle with savor salt for color and added flavor.
Serves 4.
