Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. sauerkraut
1 c. diced celery
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 red and green peppers, chopped (for taste and color)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Let stand in refrigerator overnight.
Store in Tupperware at least 2 days.
Stir or shake daily and it will repickle with sweet flavor instead of salty.
