Mississippi Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plain corn meal (yellow or white)
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) can creamed corn
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 beaten eggs
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add eggs, oil, corn and sour cream. Pour in greased baking pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
