Spinach Swiss Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
10 oz. frozen spinach, chopped, cooked and well drained
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
9-inch pie crust
nutmeg
Preparation

Toss cheese and flour together.
Combine milk, eggs, salt and pepper.
Add spinach and cheese mixture to milk.
Mix well.
Pour into crust.
Top with dash of nutmeg.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
