Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Boston butt steaks
    1 c. Kikkoman teriyaki baste and glaze
    4 Tbsp. oil
    season to taste
    rice
Preparation
    Wash Boston butts good.
    Season to taste (salt, pepper, Accent and garlic powder).
    (Any kind of meat can be substituted; chicken or beef.)
    Fry in oil until brown on both sides.
    Remove from pan. Cut meat off bone into strips.
    Pour out any remaining oil from frying pan.
    Return strips to frying pan.
    Pour teriyaki over meat; stir.
    Place top on frying pan over medium heat; stir occasionally.
    Cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until meat feels tender when poked with a fork.
    Turn heat off and serve over hot rice or potatoes.
    Cook rice according to cooking instructions. (Any vegetables you like can be added to stir-fry.
