Lime Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. cold water
7 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
3 limes (1/3 c. lime juice)
1 tsp. grated lime rind
few drops green coloring
Preparation

Mix 1/2 cup cold water and cornstarch to a paste. Mix hot water and sugar in saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Combine this mixture with the cornstarch paste and cook until mixture begins to thicken, about 15 minutes.
