Pear Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 regular size can Bartlett pears
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water.
Put in blender, then add cream cheese.
Drain pears, reserve juice to make 1 cup.
Add water to make 1 cup complete, put in blender along with pears. Blend on high until smooth.
Add Cool Whip with blended liquid, again blend on high until all is smooth.
Pour in glass bowl and refrigerate until mold is set or overnight.
