Chicken Swiss - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole chicken breasts, halved and boned
    6 slices Swiss cheese
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    3/4 c. chicken bouillon
    1/4 c. white wine
    onion and garlic croutons, crushed
    1/4 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Make a mix with flour, salt and butter.
    Add milk slowly, bring to a boil and boil 1 minute.
    Add chicken stock and wine. Place chicken breasts in baking dish and top each with 1 slice of cheese.
    Pour sauce over meat.
    Top with crushed onion and garlic croutons and drizzle melted butter over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Season to taste.
