Dutch Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. onions
2 qt. green tomatoes
1 qt. cucumbers
1 cauliflower
1 small cabbage
1 bunch celery
2 green peppers
1 red pepper
Preparation

Run ingredients through a food chopper.
Cook until soft in water to cover, with 1 cup salt.
Drain and rinse in cold water.
