Sliced Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes
2 to 3 Tbsp. melted butter
garlic salt
pepper
thinly sliced onion
Preparation

Wash potatoes.
Cut potatoes into thin slices, but not all the way through.
Use a handle of a wooden spoon to prevent knife from cutting through.
Insert onion slices into potato slices, at least 5 to 6 per potato.
Drizzle butter over potatoes and sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper.
In microwave-safe dish, cook on High power 15 minutes.
Rotate dish once halfway through cooking cycle. Serves 4.
