Ingredients

3/4 c. rice, uncooked
2 large eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. heavy cream
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 tsp. orange peel
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Prepare rice.
Heat oven to 350\u00b0; grease an 8-inch pan. Combine next ingredients except raisins.
Pour egg mixture over rice; add raisins.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake 45 minutes.
