My Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Crisco
2 1/2 c. sugar
3 c. cake flour
9 eggs
3 tsp. lemon flavoring

Preparation

Mix Crisco and sugar until creamy.
Add eggs, flour and flavoring, slowly,
then
beat
at full speed for about 5 minutes. Pour
into
greased
tube
cake pan.
Makes large pound cake.
