Zucchini And Mushroom Frittata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/3 c. minced fresh parsley
    7 to 8 eggs
    3/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    2 c. thinly sliced zucchini
    2/3 c. minced green onions
    2 cloves garlic, mashed
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Saute the zucchini, mushrooms, onions, parsley and garlic in olive oil.
    Mix the eggs, cheese, basil, salt and pepper together and combine with the zucchini mixture.
    Pour into a buttered 9-inch square pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until set.
