Fresh Fruit Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    4 tsp. cornstarch
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
    juice and grated rind of 1 orange
    juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except cream cheese in the top of a double boiler.
    Stir and cook until thick.
    Let cool.
    Whip cream cheese until fluffy and mix thoroughly with other ingredients. Chill.
    Use as a dip for fresh pineapple, strawberries or melon balls.
