Ingredients

1 small pkg. Oreo cookies
1 large Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 c. powdered sugar
2 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
Preparation

Crush Oreo cookies with rolling pin.
Place 1/2 crumb mixture in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix Cool Whip, cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
Set aside.
In another bowl, mix pudding and milk.
Blend the 2 mixtures together.
Spread over cookie crumbs.
Sprinkle remainder of crumbs on top.
Refrigerate until serving.
