Chicken With Artichokes(Serve With Rice.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. drummettes or wings or medium chicken, cut in pieces
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 (4 oz.) jar marinated artichokes, drained
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. sherry
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken with paprika, salt, pepper and parsley.
    Melt butter in a large skillet. Add olive oil to heat.
    When foam subsides, brown chicken on both sides.
    Remove chicken pieces and place in large serving casserole with airtight fitting lid. Add artichokes, cutting pieces if necessary.
