Goulash Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 onion, diced
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 large can whole tomatoes
    2 foil pkg. George Washington beef broth (found in soup isle; comes in a box)
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck with onion and green pepper; drain.
    Return to kettle and add tomatoes, 1 1/2 cans water, salt, pepper and dry beef broth.
    Simmer 30 minutes; add more water if needed.
    Thicken with flour and water to make as thick as you like.
    Serve over noodles, rice or potatoes.
