Oregano Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/2 c. bread crumbs (3 to 4 slices with crust removed)
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. cooking sherry (or water with beef bouillon)
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Mix bread, milk, onion and salt.
    Whip well.
    Add meat and mix well.
    Make into small balls.
    Brown in butter.
    Remove meatballs; drain grease.
    Add ketchup, oregano and sherry (bouillon).
    Return meatballs and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Serve over hot rice or noodles.
