Chocolate Or Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3/4 c. margarine
    2/3 c. evaporated milk (6 oz.)
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
    2 c. marshmallow cream
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar, margarine and milk; bring to a rolling boil. Cook rapidly 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly. Mixture will scorch easily.
    Remove from heat; stir in chocolate morsels.
    Add marshmallow cream, nuts and vanilla.
    Beat until well blended.
    Pour into buttered 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Cool; cut in squares.
