Pizza Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large baking potatoes
    1/2 lb. very lean ground beef
    1 (14 oz.) jar prepared spaghetti sauce
    1 c. frozen corn kernels, thawed
    1/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Wash potatoes.
    Pierce potatoes with fork.
    Microwave on full power for 10 to 13 minutes or until tender, turning once halfway through cooking.
    Wrap in clean kitchen towel to keep warm.
