Gail'S Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. pepper
    3/4 tsp. chili powder
    3/4 tsp. onion salt
    3/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Scrub and quarter potatoes.
    Mix all other ingredients in a large shaker bag.
    Melt 1 stick of margarine in 13 x 9-inch pan. Shake potatoes in mixture and place in pan in oven.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 about 45 minutes.
    Turn once.
