Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. corn
3 eggs
1/2 c. cream
cracker crumbs
1 Tbsp. melted butter
salt to taste
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
-
Use canned or fresh corn.
Beat eggs; add milk, cream, butter and seasoning to corn.
Put into greased baking dish.
Sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until firm and browned on top, about 1 hour.
