Embutido - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. ground pork loin
    1/2 c. finely ground ham
    2 raw eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 bread crumbs
    chopped sweet pickles
    2 hard-cooked eggs
    2 Vienna sausages, cut in half lengthwise
    chicken broth
Preparation
    Mix the first 5 ingredients on a piece of cheesecloth.
    Spread the mixture.
    Arrange sliced pickles, hard-cooked eggs and sausages on mixture.
    Roll into shape and wrap.
    Tie both ends. Sew or tie the opening.
    Cover with broth and simmer until done. Cool and unwrap before slicing.
    Serve with tomato sauce.
