Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 beaten eggs
2 c. cottage cheese
6 Tbsp. flour
2 c. grated Cheddar
10 oz. chopped spinach, thawed
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat eggs and flour until smooth.
Mix in rest of ingredients. Pour into well-greased 2-quart casserole dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
