Mrs. Nixon'S Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cut-cup, cooked chicken
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. onion, finely minced
    1/4 c. sliced water chestnuts
    1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate
    2 c. celery, chopped
    4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    2 Tbsp. pimentos, chopped
    dash of dill
    1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    2/3 c. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Bake 20 minutes in oven or until cheese is melted.
    Serves 8 to 10.
