Creamed Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can Old El Paso tomatoes and green chilies
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    1 plain bag tortilla chips
    1 can chili without beans (optional)
Preparation
    Cook hamburger and drain all grease.
    Cut cheese and add tomatoes and green chilies.
    Cook about 1/2 hour or cook one hour in the crock-pot.
    About 30 minutes before serving, add 1/2 pint of whipping cream.
    Stir often.
