Top Of The Stove Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. ground turkey
1 large clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. sliced onion
1/2 c. green pepper, diced
1 c. zucchini, diced
1 c. canned ready cut tomatoes
2 c. chicken stock
1 1/3 c. uncooked noodles (4 oz.)
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
parsley to garnish
Preparation

In large skillet coated with spray, saute turkey, garlic, onion and pepper until turkey is no longer pink.
Add zucchini and saute 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes, stock, noodles and poultry seasoning.
Cover and simmer 10 to 12 minutes or until noodles are cooked.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Garnish.
