Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 egg yolks
1 can coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick oleo
Preparation

Mix sugar and cornstarch. Add enough milk to dissolve cornstarch. Add egg yolks. Beat well. Add remaining milk. Cook over medium heat until thickened and add vanilla, coconut and butter. Pour in baked pie shell.
