Marie'S Turtle Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. softened butter
    1/2 c. softened butter
    1/2 c. brown sugar (light brown)
    1/2 c. pecan halves
    6 oz. milk chocolate
Preparation
    Prepare the topping by mixing the softened butter with the light brown sugar in a saucepan.
    Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
    Continue to boil and stir for 1 minute.
    Pour the cooked butter-sugar mixture over the crust and bake in a preheated 350\u00b0
    oven for 20 minutes, or until the crust is lightly browned and the topping is bubbly.
    Sprinkle with pecan halves.
