Foolproof Meringue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. cornstarch
4 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. water
3 egg whites
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients until well blended.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until thick.
Cool.
Beat egg whites until stiff, then add cooled mixture.
Beat until it reaches stiff peaks.
Pile on pie (be sure edges are sealed to crust) and brown for 10 to 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
