Turnip Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 turnips, cut up into pieces
    2 carrots, cut into bite size pieces
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil turnips and carrots together until tender.
    Drain well. Mash together and add all other ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Place in a baking pan and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0
