Sweet Potato Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large sweet potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    6 eggs
    3 c. sugar
    2 sticks butter
    4 tsp. vanilla
    4 pie shells
Preparation
    Put cooked potatoes in mixing bowl while hot.
    Add cream cheese and butter; mix well.
    Add sugar and eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla and beat on high until all lumps are out.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 or 325\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
