Cheesecake Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. plus 3 Tbsp. sugar, divided
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. butter or margarine
Preparation

Mix cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix until blended. Mix crumbs, butter and 3 tablespoons sugar. Press into 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Pour batter over crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Cut into bars.
