Sweet Potato Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (30 oz.) cans mashed, drained sweet potatoes
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
    1 can cream
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients for crunch in a lager bowl. Mix well. Place in greased 3 qt. Pyrex dish.
