Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. ripe peaches, sliced
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    butter
    1 c. flour, sifted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. oil
    1 egg
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Slice peaches and spread on the bottom of a 9 inch x 9 inch x 3/4 inch pan.
    Combine sugar, 2 Tbsp. flour and cinnamon and sprinkle on peaches. Dot with butter.
    Mix together 1 c. sifted flour, salt, butter, oil, egg, baking powder and milk.
    Spread on top.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
