Carol Monroe'S Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    bunch of green onions
    1 lb. bacon
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 c. Swiss cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
    3 lb. fresh squash
Preparation
    Brown bacon; saute green onion.
    Cook squash with salt, pepper and seasoned salt to taste.
    Beat eggs and mix with sour cream. Add bacon and squash to mixture.
    Grease large casserole dish. Pour one-half mixture in bottom of dish, add one-half of both cheeses.
    Add remaining mixture and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
