Sugarless Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. water
    2 c. unsweetened applesauce
    2 Tbsp. Sugar Twin (10 to 12 packets)
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. raisins
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cook raisins until all of the water is boiled out. Add the applesauce, sweetener, oil and eggs; mix well. Blend in the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and vanilla. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until cake is done.
