Strawberry Nut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
1 c. boiling water
2 pkg. thawed strawberries
1 flat can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
2 mashed bananas
Preparation

Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Add pineapple, bananas, nuts and strawberries.
Pour 1/2 in oblong glass pan and jell.
Leave remainder on cabinet.
After it has jelled, spread sour cream over first layer.
Then pour rest of jello mixture on top and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
