Milk Shake(Lo-Cal) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. powdered milk or 1 c. skim milk
1 c. water
3 to 4 pkg. sweetener
1 tsp. vanilla or any flavor
Preparation

Put in blender.
Chop 8 to 12 ice cubes or until as thick as you want.
Can also use a fruit, such as 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup pineapple or 1/2 cup peaches.
Blend in with the ice.
Makes 2 big glasses.
