Traditional Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin (2 c.)
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
2 eggs
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour into pastry shell and bake 15 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake 35 to 40 minutes longer or until knife inserted 1 inch comes out clean.
Cool; garnish.
